Maken, which is hard to translate in English. So, a short explanation can
be found here.
The Dutch sentence “software beter maken”
can be read as “make the software better”; so improve the quality
of a software-system. However, it can also be read as: “make software in
an improved way”. So make the same product, with the same quality with
less effort; so cheaper! This is also ‘better’.
Both ways of reading are correct.
